Introductory Rides
 |
|
Participants of our January
2008 introductory ride who enjoyed a frosty loop to
Chaddesley Corbett via Clent regardless of freezing
temperatures and icy roads
|
On the first Sunday of every month, we have an Introductory
Ride to which everyone is welcome. The purpose of this club
run is to provide a relatively short, easy-paced ride suitable
for newcomers or riders who are not yet confident of being
able to ride with the main club runs. Riders returning to
cycling, teenagers or those who are still gaining cycling
fitness would all benefit from joining us on these rides.
The leader will choose a route on quiet roads without too
many hills and nobody will be left behind. You can expect
the ride to cover about 20-30 miles including a stop at a
café for refreshments. The leader's aim is to help you enjoy
the ride and to answer any questions you may have about the
Beacon Roads Cycling Club.

Introductory rides are tailored to the needs of those
planning to take part. So, if you are thinking of joining
