| 'C'
Runs On the third Sunday of every month and occasionally on other
Sundays, we have a 'C' run for members who wish to enjoy a sociable ride that
is a little longer and slightly faster than the introductory rides but is easier
than the weekly 'B' run. Our 'C' runs will typically cover 40 - 45 miles
at an average speed of 12-13mph and include stop at a cafe. These rides will also
provide an excellent progression for those who have become comfortable with the
distance and pace of the introductory rides but feel that the step up to a 'B'
run may be a little too challenging. The rides are still very sociable but go
a little further, a little faster and may include a few hills. Dates and

board calendar. All participants are expected to be familiar with and
follow our Club
Run Guidelines. Please note that our 'C' runs are not intended
as introductory rides but anybody who has not ridden with the club before and
who is confident that they will be comfortable with a 40 - 45 mile ride at up
