I ride the worlds age group team pursuit tomorrow. I don't expect anyone to follow me but if you want to catch up then I hope that the following may be helpful. California is 8hrs behind you. My first race is the team pursuit for 65-69 about 11am on Sunday. That will be about 7:00pm for you I think!...

I agree entirely George. Most aspects of bike riding have greatly improved over time and the only major negatives to lament are the number of vehicles on the roads and the parlous state of said carriageways.

We have a show including; a new superstar in Gaviria; Peter Sagan; one of the greatest athletes ever, (and he's British); the mountains about to start and all of the greats of world cycling taking part. We recently had a zip put into a brand new, never worn Bodhi skin suit. Sonia, in Rednal, did an amazing job-thoroughly recommend her. The quality of the zip was considerably better than the Bohdi one.

This is an area of some complexity. Most of the club awards are for “absolutes” awarded in gender & BC cats, some Male/Female and then Schoolboy, Junior, Senior, Vet and so on. What is missing is the absolute O/A which would NOT necessarily be the “Senior” award. This could be a simple “Beacon Champ...
