Im sorry but i will have to pull out of the Audax as my kids have something planned for me, so if anyone want my place please feel free to take it.

Well cleaning it didn't work so i have to buy another freehub but i need one for sunday so where would i be able to find one at such short notice??? I need a shimano 7 speed freehub does anyone know where they stock these......Many thanks.

Well i gave it a clean and tried it out for 10 mile on the turbo going thru the gears and all seems fine at the moment.

Thanks for all your advice i think i will change the freehub to be on the safe side and go from there.

it is a shimano i think im going to give it a good clean and see where i go from there.......hope it works.... using an old steel wheel at the mo with 6 gears so im not very amused. There only old Mavic xp12s but i love em ive had them ages and they still run true as ever.

Whilst riding the other day I noticed my cassette just started spinning for no reason can anyone advise on what has happened and what my choices are as to have a new one or could it be something else.....Thanks

Thanks for all your advice and input on this subject, it certainly is a lot to think about, but overall i think it might be better to buy another bike and keep my old one for winter training due to costs,labour etc... I wish i had taken cycling up years ago and probably by now i could have built my ...

Thanks Andy, but unfortunateley i cannot make Thursday night as i have family commitments, but thanks for your input on this matter. Would it be possible to send you a few pics of the bike and you could have a look and tell me the best option because i dont want to spend too much if it is not needed...

Wanted....Advice on buying a bike, at the moment i have a down tube shifter alumininum frame bike but would like the sti shifters preff 105s or if poss could i upgrade my bike to the sti gears and how much would it cost?? your help would be much appreciated.
