Cyclone Challenge

Road the Cyclone challenge today with Ian Taylor. 106 miles, mostley of stunning scenery. The second 50 miles were definitely what you would call rolling . 0A couple of challenging climbs mainly because they came at 80 and 90 miles . Well organised event starting and finishing at the Newcastle Falco...

Big thanks to Jess and Xav for the session today enjoyable but hard work out , I am a broken man . On a slightly embarrassing note I have lost my wallet between the track and home , a long shot I know but I was just punchy enough after the last exercise to have dropped it in the wrong bag so of you ...

The best banner of the day was in in Bewedly
" shut up legs keep going "
And the comment that made me chuckle was on the climb out of Kinver which ain't easy and a guy shouted
" Hurry up all this clapping is wearing me out "

I was delighted with the positive attitude from the people watching . I saw one little exchange with a resident and...
