Good to see some of the younger members there and hopefully to benefit from someone who really knows what it takes. On behalf of myself and all those present, thank you v much R...

Cassette 'sprockets'; 'chainrings' on the front are attached to the chainset/crankset. To add to the debate, chainrings are the area where there is most flexibility to mix. As groupsets are changing, cable pull rates on the front and rear mechs alters, sprocket widths change as do chains and chain l...

Interesting. It would be helpful to see a comparison between the app and a professional system like Retul or Dartfish. This a actually closer to Dartfish, being a single sided view and looking at specific frames rather than an average over time. Having completed the Retul training, I know how diffic...

So first event is Henley... looking on Google only place I could see for the event was just east in an area with a lump in the middle of it. Is that it? Not seen any details from the organisers about locations/courses/etc at all Details usually appear in the General section of the Waldron WMCCL For...

Nope, not even a BC member... the WM CX site said all I needed to be was a member of the league to get 'league' points, which I guess is their own internal scoring system and nowt to do with BC :) Maybe they've changed it since last year, when a day licence had to be purchased if riders didn't have...

Re: WM CX league
Well I've entered... gonna give it a whirl on the mtb. :) I don't have a race licence any more -- anyone know if that matters for the league points, or does it just apply to BC regional points which I won't get anyway :P I'm guessing that you are a BC member, in which case the provisional licence i...

Re: Beacon Stourport circuit races Tuesday 6 August
Sadly Andrew Clayton, who had a lucky escape with his collarbone on the club run on Sunday, came down on the final lap of the 3/4 race and had to go to hospital for the second time in three days. It looks like he's broken it this time. Best wishes for a speedy recovery, Andrew. Ouch! The man is det...
