Keeps legs dry but downsides but hard work if it's windy and hides bar mounted lights and map / garmin. Personally I'd rather have wet legs.

Yes - been out with them tonight, round the lickeys on untreated roads. Absolutely brilliant, no problem riding across sheet ice, just need to be careful to avoid stopping and putting a foot down. Maybe carry one of those back-up phone batteries in case you have a long day or can't charge every night. Given a good one will charge a phone a few times I should imagine a Garmin would be no more hungry.

It's really not clear on the Bodhi web site and, being confused myself and thinking that the golden eye wasn't the most relaxed fit of the range (red eye is described as "QUALITY AND COMFORT" whereas golden eye as "PERFECT FIT FOR EVERY BODY") I queried why the most relaxed fit was not being offered...
