Don't think I shall race here..I will race the lvrc league and Manchester league instead

I had some lake shoes with this set on. I thought they were better than rachets as it pulls the whole shoe tight and not just the top. I've never really heard of them breaking either. U can tighten them easier than a ratchet as the tension u can do gradual. That is only my view.

Hi Simon merry xmas. With the handicap do u get a time once u have done the course once. So if I did the 9mile tt 4 times will i get a handicap after first ride or does it go till the following yr

Personally I can't see the point in sprintin up a hill to stop and wait gor rest of group, why don't these people use a bigger gear and push. I've been dropped on lots of rides before I joined beacon. It does get demoralising and people won't want to come out or stay with beacon. Then we wonder why ...

Team sky won't sign up to mpcc either they haven't really performed this yr. I think if we want to keep the sport clean we have to assume that some people don't dope. The sport needs to move forward and away from doping.

Hillingdon starts 6th December every week till feb 2015.

Can someone advise me on rollers please, I have never used any and am thinkin about getting some for training on. Easy to use?? Also is there s particular type I should get.

Sounds like agreat ride. I came off on longbridge lane on way to clubrun, so god knows wat u guys had. Did see it on TV looked rather wet.Do u have to enter this in teams?? I would like to ride this next yr with the beacon.

Cam u put a 10spd cassette on a 9spd wheel.

I dont like the bloke, he has tried to hide behind his illness to make himself an upstanding person, but he cheated. Ppl say why are they still hounding him 10yrs on...but then why do they reopen murder cases 10yrs on. imagine the look when he gets stripped of those titles, priceless. Just my view.

Yes pretty much wat someone else said john, and reduces lactic acid build up. Makin uou push a bigger gear for longer.155quid tho and if no use. Plus need to train muscles differently, and theres a bedding in process. Would not try them till winter training. But do they eliminate the deadspot?
