Might meet you there, Pete. However, weather forecast isn't great, and if it's really grim when I get up on Sunday morning, I might opt for an afternoon ride on my own. (It's supposed to be clearing up around lunchtime.)

To the best of my knowledge, Chris now has a full complement of marshals. However, I can thoroughly recommend coming out to watch, cheer on the riders and create a bit of atmosphere. And, if by any chance the organisers are short-handed, e.g. due to someone not showing up, you're on hand to help. Fi...

Re: ONE-DAY RIDE to Weston -Super-Mare and back: Saturday 15th June
Phil, like Alan, I feel that this is a tad too far for me. On top of which, the departure time would require me to get up before I've gone to bed. However, I can't quite resist being involved in this on some level. What I may try to do therefore is ride out to somewhere like Gloucester, to meet you ...

Many thanks to everyone who took part today, and especially to the ride leaders. It was great to see so many Beacon people together, having a good time. We'll have a debrief and look at things that might be improved in future, but I'm confident that there will be plenty more Big Coffee Stops to come.

George, can you add me please. The club's Ride with GPS account has a ready-made 74km (46mi) route: https://ridewithgps.com/routes/45310150
That's a little shorter than I would usually plan for a club run. Do participants fancy doing the route 'as-is', or shall I tweak it slightly to get it up above 80km/50mi?
