Club Runs - 26th January

Amazingly 14 riders ventured out into the frosty, tundra wastelands on Sunday on the two club runs that survived the weather. Sensibly, the two leaders chose gritted roads to get to the café - very sensible! Thanks to Andy Wrightson and Simon Woodward for leading these rides. So, onwards and upwards...

The Sunrise and Snowdrop audaxes are on Saturday February 29th this year (Leap day!), and the HQ is again Whitlenge Garden Centre café, near Hartlebury. The Snowdrop is full and is taking no more entries, but there a dozen spaces left on the Sunrise, but filling up around 1-2 entries per day, so you...

Re: Club Runs - 19th January

Hi David,

As a guide, at this time of the year, the A-ride averages around 16-18mph, where this higher speed only on routes. The B-ride averages 14-16mph, and the C-ride 12-14mph.

Hope that helps and hope to see you out soon.
