I'll give it a go... Andy have you watched the cycle show... I imagine it's something akin to the sprint challenge they have on there.

I've heard exactly the same stories about lvrc Alan, old farts who could barely walk out of the changing rooms but stick em on two weeks and they'll have you crying for mercy!��

I am the right age group to race LVRC, I however choose to race BC events at this stage. That may well change over the coming years but whilst I still feel as though my racing ability, strength and bike fitness is on a relatively steady upward trajectory I'll stick to BC and have a crack at cat2.

Got an 8th place and 2 points on Tuesday,last night i was about 20th in a very scrappy race at Mallory pk. Bloody terrible position at the bell.. Gave myself far too much to do on the last lap. I'll probably have a bash at the Lichfield crits tomorrow actually.

Good work martin and well to the other beacon riders who put very solid performances in.
