Unfortunately there has been a slight delay on the delivery of skin suits. I will update when they arrive

I will be using this cafe on my club runs to alcester. Very friendly staff and loads of cake.

It is always worth letting them know as they do have quite a lot of functions on. I know this is normal practice but it was the one thing the owner asked.

I was wondering if a ultra torque chainset can be repaired. They have wear on the splines where the cranks join. the cranks are still usable but require tightening after most rides.

Well went to see an osteopath today and really interesting. I'm glad it wasn't all in my head, there is definitely issues with me! It works out that from my TIA the signals don't get to my leg properly and as a result it doesn't work how it should. Thankfully I'm quite sure now it's not the symptoms...
