I will be using this cafe on my club runs to alcester. Very friendly staff and loads of cake.

It is always worth letting them know as they do have quite a lot of functions on. I know this is normal practice but it was the one thing the owner asked.

As Tim says if your looking for more sprinting intervals then a turbo is probably better although for improved core stability and bike handling skills, rollers are ideal. I was wondering if a ultra torque chainset can be repaired. They have wear on the splines where the cranks join. the cranks are still usable but require tightening after most rides.

Well went to see an osteopath today and really interesting. I'm glad it wasn't all in my head, there is definitely issues with me! It works out that from my TIA the signals don't get to my leg properly and as a result it doesn't work how it should. Thankfully I'm quite sure now it's not the symptoms...
