I will be using this cafe on my club runs to alcester. Very friendly staff and loads of cake.

It is always worth letting them know as they do have quite a lot of functions on. I know this is normal practice but it was the one thing the owner asked.

The café map & info on the club website is gradually getting out of date. Several of the cafés that we now use aren't on, and some of the contact info is missing/out of date. It's unreasonable and impractical to expect Steve to keep abreast of every addition to our collective knowledge of local caf...

Andy (and others): you don't need to ride the courses in order to get them on your GPS - you can download them via the club's website . I'd suggest 1. download, 2. familiarisation ride following GPS, 3. race from memory (so you won't have to keep looking at the GPS). George, I have already download...

Because it's a circuit, you'll experience the wind from all directions, so it will cancel itself out to some extent. Also, you don't want to go too fast the first time in case you don't leave room for improvement next week! I like your thinking, give myself something to aim for at least! What time ...

I know the rollers give a false sense of speed, however worked wonders for my handling when nearly had an off on a slippy drain cover Yesterday!!

Thanks George, I will see how I get on.
