Helen,
My current bike has bb30 bearings in and I run a standard ultegra chainset. I have used the below adaptors for nearly 2 years now and had no problems with them.

PF30 to Shamino Adaptor advice required
Looking for advice on running a Shamino Ultegra hollowtec crank set in a PF30 BB frame. By the looks of things I have 2 options. A thread adaptor that goes into the frame and you simply screw the standard shamino BB into it. http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/fsa-pf30-threaded-adapter-b3167-/rp-prod...

Please note that the A-Run to Winchcombe will leave at 08:15 (meet at 8am). This is because it is 43 miles to the café, and 43 miles back, so a sprightly run for early July and for day 2 of the TdF. The route is attached below...café is the Lady Jane Tea rooms in Winchcombe: http://ridewithgps.com/...

Dura ace, RS81's or Ultegras depending on how much you wanna spend. The more up the price bracket you spend the lighter u get. I use the dura ace c24's for regular riding, have a set of rs81 c35's for racing and ultegras for winter use. More than happy with all 3, the Rs81's do strike me for the bes...

Strava Rapha Rising Challenge
Have seen quite a few people have signed up for this challenge on Strava, 28,871 feet of climbing in just 9 days that starts on Saturday. Just wondering if anyone actually has a battle plan. My calculations show that Rose hill stands at approximately 434 feet (according to Strava data), this would m...

Excellent performances. The average speeds of two strong riders say all I need to know about how hard it was. Dreadful shame about the fatality. My previous encounter with Hardknotts was pretty horrific. Was 20ish miles in to the c2c in a day sportive and was more like some kind uphill obstacle course. People pushing up, falling off, zig zagging, hovering at 1 mph was just utter carnage, bodies everywhere. Hoping will be less chaotic this ti...

Tim, I used to use 105 pedals and suffered terribly from pain on my inside left knee. Tried all sorts of cleat positions, stretching, supplements but pain got so bad that had to rest every couple of weeks over the summer. Bought speedplays and the increased float completely solved the problem, can n...

Establish how often you need to eat and what foods work well for you...
