My current bike has bb30 bearings in and I run a standard ultegra chainset. I have used the below adaptors for nearly 2 years now and had no problems with them.

Looking for advice on running a Shamino Ultegra hollowtec crank set in a PF30 BB frame. By the looks of things I have 2 options.
