Single speed. If you have a flip flop hub, that is it has a screw thread on both sides you can have a freewheel on one side and a fixed sproket on the other. If not you will have to replace the sproket with a thread on freewheel. Pick the ratio carefully. Better to spin out downhill than to run out ...

The circuit at Bobbington unfortunately requires a minimum of 13 AM's and is also having a few post Velo problems with locals. Accreditation not required for our sessions, but always useful.
Halesowen CC organise accreditation sessions for the outdoor track only before FNTL starts, usually posted on Facebook.
Full UK track accreditation done at Velodromes and you should check out Derby or Newport if interested.

No idea of the make and this would be over twenty years ago. Since the late nineties, when decent waterproofing arrived on breathable jackets I switched to a paramo jacket for touring.

Standard size road frame with short stem nothing in the slightest unusual about her most women have shorter torso and longer legs than men , any decent bike shop should be able to sort you out. I would recommend Red Kite as well, tell them you are from the Beacon

If you really want to use routes without connection to a computer, which is what I thought you were asking, then George's advice won't work as you won't be able to get the route from your phone to your Garmin. I think there are nearly 20 registered for the West Midlands CX league, from 5 to 62.
Takes place most Sundays at venues at distances that would make club runs so just giving details in case any potential ride leader is looking for somewhere to go on a club run.
