Hi Paul,

You OK with me joining at Tardebigge?

Cheers

no problem jason
So much for that plan! That would be the shortest club run ever, so I’ll join you at the BH and leave the ride when we get to Anglo Welsh on the way home!

Count me in please

Yeah, thanks for leading Paul!

My current fitness levels don’t allow me to say that I enjoyed it physically, but socially it was great as always!

It’ll be a few weeks now until my next one, house move and all that.

There’s a decent cafe at the water park at Wychbold which would only be a mile or two detour?
Is that the Aztec Adventure Café? It looks really nice for plan B. Hopefully the weather will be dry and we can sit outside at Avoncroft.

For those of us who don't know, could you explain how the club points work please?

I'm guessing that just being on a run earns you nothing? Cos if it did, I'd have 3 points.

Leading obviously earns more, co-leading less, just be interested to know.

I'd be very happy to lead a C run a little later in the year, but as anyone who's seen my recent Strava tracks can attest, I may need to do some work on my routes and the planning thereof!! I saw that there was talk of a club run database being setup with GPX or plain old written routes, armed with ...

I'd like to thank John for a very enjoyable C run to Leamington Spa yesterday. As only my second proper club run as a member, I found it neither too far, too fast or too hilly, so a pretty much perfectly judged step-up from the intro ride, given that I have got slightly better as I've put more miles...

Thanks to Gareth for leading the C run on Sunday, enjoyed myself apart from the pain of the last few miles, but as my first non-intro ride with the club, it wasn't as bad as I feared! Great choice of cafe btw, loved the scones!!
