the rear wheel is 32h, pretty solid, like this one (again, not original picture).

The wheelset or just the rear with 120 OLD spacing (to my beloved Pompino) for a winter spike tyres set (I sold mine when I moved from Germany but I miss them nowadays :P )

Carolyne et al. sorry to have left without saying bye.

Andy, Si and I we were freezing so Si took the lead and speed-up a bit the pace. I felt better after that.
We have a no-stop run about 60/65 km and it allowed me to be at home around 12:30 (afternoon at work :( )

I was yesterday late afternoon (around 5ish for 40 min or so).

I don't have kids, but I do have a lot on so can struggle to get the time I want quite often. The things I've found that help me. - I try and plan for my weeks slots at the beginning of the week (Sunday evening), nothing too formal, just a personal commitment to when stuff is going to happen around...
