It was great thanks; we had torrential rain for most of the Saturday, but it cleared overnight to let us camp in relative comfort.
Took in some fantastic climbs and scenery which I'll definitely be looking to do again soon!

Rapha Brevet Ride - 9th September
Hi All, There's a (semi) organised bikepacking ride running from the Rapha Clubhouse in Manchester on the 9th September, with an overnight campsite stop and dinner included. The total ride is about 280km and is through the Peaks. It's free to those that sign up (link below), and I'll be going along ...

Re: 2018 - Cycling Adventures?
Hi All, I am planning on entering the The Transcontinental Race next year; it's been a long term goal of mine for a couple of years or so, and I think it's a matter of just going for it (now or never!). Clearly there's a matter of the event going ahead in the first instance, and then securing a plac...

Re: Bike Fitting
Thanks very much guys, much appreciated.
I've booked in with Adrian Timmis on the back of the comments in other threads, and the fact he offers footbeds as part of the package.

Bike Fitting
Hi All,
Can anyone recommend a good bike fitter in or around the Midlands?
I've been struggling with a knee issue over the last couple of months and would ideally like to get it sorted (tinkering with my setup hasn't worked).
Cheers,
Alex

Re: Beacon's Brecons 300 - CLUB RUN 28th May
Thanks for a great day out guys, it really was an awesome day and first Club Run for me! I managed to get absolutely soaked through with 20 miles to go so I couldn't be bothered with getting to 300km, but I think we were blessed with the weather so not complaining! Looking forward to a few more club...

Re: Beacon's Brecons 300 - CLUB RUN 28th May
Really looking forward to this, although as my first Beacon club run I haven't exactly chosen an easy one to join in on! I've already mentioned this to Phil, but as I live in Cleobury Mortimer, I'll meet the group in Great Witley as you all come through. I'll be there early to make sure I don't miss...
