Yes thanks Helen - well paced run, good company and it was great to be welcomed by a massive reserved table! Even if we did overwelm the staff with some many orders! Also very useful to learn that neat route into and out of Leamington.

Highly recommended well organised Audax and an opportunity to get down to the Cotswolds and the less ridden eastern side especially given that our Cotswold Audax isn't running this June.

Holiday plans aren't clear yet but I wonder if there are any takers for doing this at steady C run pace? I'll be pushing a dynamo excellent light but a tad heavier! It's one of those bucket list things and time's running out.
Affable Midland Mile Munchers C run return to Evesham complete with copy of Cycling Weekly's Beacon and Bread Pudding story. Hope you have a speedy recovery John. If no one else offers I'll take the C run but probably to Evesham. BTW has anyone taken a copy of the Cycling Weekly article to Raphael's? If not I'll do a copy
Be great to go back to Wombourne we did use it back in the day when Oscar was just a Vet. I expect it has changed hands by now but food was good although the owner's attitude varied with his mood.
If this works here is my Cycling UK friend Lyndon Bracewell's annual round up of events for cyclists in Worcestershire 2017 Push Bike! is keen to encourage more people in Worcestershire to cycle and more often. You can help us by circulating this ‘What’s On’ to your family and friends, through...

Hi I use a Bag Man support and a traditional Carradice saddle bag. But these days "bike packing" has become popular and there a some large bags available that dont need the support. Isla Rowntree uses one to go to cyclo cross races overnight but i am not sure of the make. I think Ortlieb do one.

Hello Richard, of course I remember riding with you and your Dad. Very sorry to hear about Gerry. He was a hard rider on many of our club runs and yet we seemed to have the energy to talk in those days about cars, Honda C90s, printing, family, bikes - I think I recall a Viking that prematurely ruste...

I went to the BCC Cycle Forum last night and this scheme for the A38 and A34 was very well received by the cyclists and campaigners who packed the room. Birmingham's Cycle Revolution has been very slow to tackle on road developments and reallocate road space from motor vehicles and the original plan...
As two keen new riders turned up at Black Horse we did a cautious Intro ride which turned out all right - out on the gritted A38 return on lanes. Intro Ride to Avoncroft Buildings Museum Tea Room (opens at 10.30 - thanks to Jason for undoing the bolt and guy in the Shop for letting us warm up for 20...
Many thanks to Andy and Simon for sorting the large C run into manageable chunks for the traffic and the cafes. Good time had by all although Charlecote struggled with the catering and with Father Christmas and the elves!

Hi, Derek Reynolds' bike was stolen from his house this lunch time following a break-in. Please keep a look out. It is a Pinarello Razha-K black with yellow bands, Shimano wheels, 105 changers and levers but Most callipers Selle Italia saddle. If you hear anything about it let me know or contact Bou...
Coffee and More in Bakers Arcade off the High St in Pershore. There's good bike parking right outside in a yard of a minor road and the coffee/tea sandwiches and scrambled eggs and cakes were excellent and good pleasant service. We landed on them with c15 riders on a C run today. Be good to phone ah...
Thanks Colin for a great C ride avoiding most of the rain and producing a cafe by magic from an unpromising High St. It's Coffee and More in Bakers Arcade 07521399548. Sergey, Pete and I got back OK at an easy pace. Good to meet you Sergey and we hope you come out again soon.
