Hi,
I'm running the Birmingham 10k this Sunday, so can't lead this week. Also, I've not been on a road bike since my off at the snowdrop, so it's gonna take me a little while to get back to feeling strong enough to lead. I'll probably lead later in the year.

I'll be a support driver. I'm going to via Llandegla and get some mtb in, but I can take my bike rack so can take 1, and possibly 2 people back on the Sunday if anyone wants/can only do one leg.

Great C run to leaminton. There were 17 of us so we split into 2 groups, meeting up at the cafe. I write everything I eat or drink in a small diary including the calories and then add them up at the end of the day. I try to stay below 2000 calories. Took me 6 months to get 22kg weightloss and a reduction in body fat % of 12%. Plateaued for a bit, and now losing again.

Different things work for different people at different times. Completely cutting out chocolate doesn't work for me!! :lol:

Being a wuss, I'm gonna call it early... Due to my dislike of road bikes and slippery surfaces (and a certain "aqua planing" incident last year!!) I won't be leading the C run tomorrow.

However if anyone fancies going out on the mtb's, let me know.
