Most of all he has lots of experience.
I just want my measurements, so I can compare frame sizes and see what will fit me. Is this possible?

Bike Fitting

Do people have any recommendations for bike fitting? I'm looking at buying a new bike, but don't know if I should get a bike fit prior to buying so I don't get the wrong frame, especially if buying online! Does anyone have any advice; either in general terms or places to have a bike fit? Cheers, John

John Hunt did it in 1min10 and won the Redditch hill climb here last year I think, would be good to see how the Academy stars compare! Local lad Gerard Henry won his age group last year too. The lad's a twig. At the Redditch event I was at there was a large number of young kids doing it. Some must ...

It's partly a local dialect thing to - in Birmingham lots of things are prefixed with the definite article such as the Hagley Road, or the Pershore Road.

The clubs where I grew up were never prefixed and were just referred to by name, and I still don't refer to this club as The Beacon.

Try this. It will map every ride you have ever done one by one. But if you know where you went roughly it should work.

Tightened it up (it was super loose) and seems to have solved the issue.

I'd tightened it up prior to one of the Mamil crits and I think it just came loose again - why this is the case I'm not exactly sure though.

It is that side yes. Maybe new cleats might help?

I'll see how much I can tighten up the pedal tonight with an allen key that isn't rounded off!

Pedal/Cleat Advice

I've seemingly developed a bit of an issue with my left pedal and I'm not sure of the cause. Essentially when riding I occasionally am pulling out of the pedal as my leg comes backwards and up, this has happened in a criterium (very scary) and repeatedly over the last 2 days commuting. Now is the is...

Specialized had that a while ago, a friend of mine has a pair. They give you a lot of flexibility in tightness across the whole shoe, compared to a ratchet system. Aesthetically I'm not a fan.

Try riding with just one leg clipped in. It means you have to pedal really smoothly.
