It might just be the photo but as someone who spends most of the working day looking from that exact viewpoint I'd say the cage looks decidedly bent. It would seem that the jockey wheels are keeping the correct line but the cage certainly isn't .

You're right there Keith. I though my wheel bearings had had it but discovered that the rims were actually full of water.
You missed the really generous puddle along Icknield street that looked waist deep and caused us a detour.
Oh well, it's better than having to watch 'I'm a celebrity....'

The lanes obviously have virtually no ambient lighting unless the moon is in the sky so really a light that puts some kind of beam out in order to read the road surface. This is how I do it.

I look at my watch get on my bike, go for a ride until I feel like going home. I then look at my watch again and depending on how I feel I collapse and fall asleep or have a cup of tea and eat a lot.

Cycling, so simple but oh so complicated.

Plans to start this Year's Wednesday rides from Kings Heath this evening look doubtful as it's currently snowing with more grimness due through out the day. If it is dry around 6 I might venture out but it's unlikely.

Hi Pat, I can install the BB and face your frame for £20 plus the price of the bottom bracket depending on which one you fancy.
If you have standard square taper cranks you may need to upgrade them also.
