Yes we are still tier 3, nothing changed for bham If l understand the government guidelines correctly, and please feel free to correct me if lm wrong. The cafe at Bishampton is open to, but only for take away drinks. That said, you can sit outside on the seats provided and they will bring the drinks to you

Once you have accepted the invite, go to the Beacon Zwift Channel. You can just use your phone or tablet as a means of talking, but i would suggest using ear buds that have a mic combined within.

This Sundays track sessions are both fully booked with riders from other clubs now, so unless you have pre booked via the PDQ Coaching website please DO NOT just turn up and expect to ride.

You need to book on the session via the PDQ Coaching website - www.pdqcyclecoaching.co.uk Then simply create an account which will then give you access to the calender. Select the correct date and time of the event and also which category (group) you want to ride in based on your track experience. B...
