This is the route of the 178kms circumcision of Birmingham ride. This will start at 08:15, and will have two café stops, one at Polesworth (61kms or 38miles), and the other at Brewood (122kms or 76miles). Hi, Tim, A-rides are typically anywhere between 26-30kph depending on terrain and time of year...this week’s ride will probably be at the lower end of that range for both of those reasons.

points for the X- run are fine...don't forget everybody, that club runs can be anything between rides of 1km or 1,400kms... Just announce it in advance so that others could choose to join or not, saying where and when you're going and it counts.
