Re: wed 19th July K36/10 TIMEKEEPER NEEDED

If I'm not riding, I can do it - late fitness check needed on knee tomorrow. If I am able to ride, Mrs T has volunteered to help timekeep so we're ok either way.

Re: K32

Rode the course this evening. Several sections have 'benefitted ' from the dreaded top dressing. It was a bit iffy in places but I found it uncomfortable rather than dangerous, as long as care is taken in the corners. Imagine it will have settled down a bit more by next week, assuming they don't add...

Congrats on the pb's in South Wales, great work! The weather conditions in Worcester were pretty much as good as it gets for that course. My previous best on the course was a fairly sedate 1:09:36 and somehow I've never managed to get the pacing right, always blowing up over the last few miles. This...

Good luck to those making the trip to South Wales this weekend, hope it goes well. Having not made it onto the start sheet for that event I'm doing an open 25 in Worcester instead - probably not as fast a course but it does come with the added benefit of a lie in!

I also went this route to get my accreditation and it was a similar experience, a bit over priced, mixed abilities on the day but ultimately a good way of getting accredited if you're pushed for time and don't fancy several trips over a number of weeks. Not yet had the bottle to give an SQT a try bu...

An impromptu A run formed at the Black Horse, damp, cold and misty on the way out to Cobhouse, much the same on the way back, with the added excitement of two flats in quick succession for James and Mat to deal with.
