Track bikes are available to hire, but you will need to have Look Keo cleats fitted to your shoes. You are NOT allowed to change the pedals on the track bikes. We also had a discussion on the A-run as to how far away we were from accepting indoor rides as a club run. It was fair to say, that's it's still an awful long way away. I know I said you can organise anything as a club run, but the vote of 0-8 to include turbo and zwift rides in this suggests club...

Beacon Z ride - Watophia Alan Weaver (L) To be eligible for club run points, you have to arrive at the cafe. Which virtual cafe stop did you use? If it was Croome Park, they do a line in virtual Bacon rolls. The one on the sea front in Watophia, on the right hand side, can I have my points now?

I suppose Strava etc. do provide another level of backup although a Dropbox (or similar Cloud storage) account would do that job better. Yes it would, but you wouldn't be able to open the file from there and from time to time I do like to go back and view the details of certain rides or even compar...

Copy the FIT or GPX file off your device onto your computer and it's saved. Back up all your stuff, and it's saved again. Strava, RWGPS etc. are primarily for viewing, sharing and analysis. Until your PC crashes and you lose it, unless of course you regularly back up the hard drive and then back up...

I've used BikeShield in the past with great effect and it's the same principle. But I like the idea of CAD designed and precut vinyl bespoke to your frame
