Colin, thanks for leading today; a lovely ride. I didn't think it was too bad sitting outside and warmed up after a couple of miles on the return journey.

The reconvened C ride to Bewdley was delight in the sunshine, be it rather chilly. Lots of condensing steam from the locomotive leaving the station as we arrived into the town. Approx. 45 miles and 13.9 mph. Riders were;

The C Ride split into two groups (just outide Northfield) with there being so many riders. I think the point is that not having mudguards results in the rider behind getting a soaking when the roads are wet. It would be courteous for those riders with mudguards to cycle at the back when those conditions prevail. (an opinion

based on recent experience of being the rider behind! )

George, thanks for taking the lead for the B ride today. I really enjoy it, a interesting varied route with a few hills. Quite testing for me at times, but pleased I managed it; though my legs had nothing left at the end!
