Perfectly explained Richard. Simon Dighton works all this out. He does exercise some discretion if courses are similar over the same distance. So for example you may consistently do middling 23min 10s. If you then ride a club 10 on a course you haven't got a time for but is similar to most other 10 ...

I'm driving broom wagon general rescue service. If your riding don't worry about not being able to get back if you **flat** I'll find you. If any marshals need a lift out there let me know bear in mind I'm going out early so I'm there at the beginning so it'll be an early pick up. If riders are stuc...

The 20 mile tt on Saturday 5th of April on the k32/20. According to Worcestershire council the road closure in Crowle is still there and will be until the end of April. Those who did the sunrise/snowdrop will have ridden through it. If it is still the same as it was then we won't be able to hold the...

If their doing it under warranty then it's not costing. Just get another one and be careful how you tighten it up. Use proper carbon grip when you put it in and no more than 4nm. Sometimes carbon posts slip at the proper torque when people use ordinary grease so they end up tightening it more :-( Al...

I see this quite a lot. Alan is sort of right. The top of your seat tube/clamp is pinching inwards and squeezing the seat post. It's a case of tolerances being at the loose end so although seatpost is right size it's still pinching just a bit. I suspect whatever carbon seatpost you put in here the s...

I'd go for hand builts for ease of repair etc but it's hard to build a pair for anything like the price of the khamsins. If I was building some for myself I'd go open pros on hope. Thing about hand builts is the hubs are reusable so when you wear the rim out you can rebuild it. The factory wheels ar...

It will be interesting to see how spec respond to this. Incredible that they don't appear to have anyone keeping on top of this sort of thing, as nothing has come out of @iamspecialised all weekend. Cafe Roubaix will have done alright out of it all though. They probably have the best known bike shop...
