I've had a good success rate with FTH, but some just seem to get ignored.
I reported the A38 crossroads at Selly Oak several times and it never got sorted...Scotland Lane needs closing and a proper job doing..

Guessing it's their IP Lawyers who sort out this sort of thing. There was a similar case a few years ago where a lady called Mrs McDonald, who was stopped from using her family name by the evil McDonald corp. She wanted to call her cafe McDonald's Cafe. He should take it to court and do a Mclibel jo...

Wonder how they can own a town's name? Seems a bit heavy handed and they are getting more worldwide negative publicity than it's worth.

Excellent idea, maybe a word on red lights would be useful as well? I don't go on many club runs, but one of the few I've been on this year, I nearly witnessed a nasty accident in Bromsgrove where some rider(s) decided not to stop at a red light as the group had got split, a lot of it is common sens...

Totally unscientific but coming out of Wolverhampton this afternoon there is a 20mph limit for about a mile going towards the M54. I was the only one doing 20mph, even with a speed camera half way along. :( The Chief Constable could have had a new Jag had there been someone there to book and fine al...

Just bought these
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... OC:GB:3160
Brighter than my mtb lights, well made and at the price I'll be interested to see how long they last.
Heed the warning, may cause blindness..

Some good tips, especially the one about keeping warm during a **flat** repair.

Re: Tracking/ICE app
I like the look of this app - although there is a risk of emergency services turning up and carting you off before you finish your beans on toast if you forget to switch it off when you get to the cafe http://singletrackworld.com/2013/11/roadids-ecrumbs-app-calls-in-the-cavalry/ Are you sure it's f...

MTB trip Sat 26th Oct from Beckford
Anyone interested in a MTB trip to the Cotswolds next Saturday?
Meet 10am outside Beckford stores, ride around Bredon Hill, around 2-3 hours depending on fitness (my pb for the course is 1hr 25mins) so pace won't be that hard.
Sure we can share lifts etc.

£29 each from a quick search, spending money on decent tyres during the winter is more important than anything over the winter, after all you will be riding over wet/muddy surfaces and decent grip is even more important. After years of riding Vittoria CG's I'm trying Michelin Pro Optimum this winter...

Worlds TT
Could the the best TT for years, Fabian V Wiggins V Martin, the best testers of the past few years, all without injury and should be at their peak.
My money is on Fabian, would love to see him 30 secs down at the first split, to go on and win by 30 seconds.

Great idea but in practice totally pointless unless it is well enforced, which I guessing it won't be.
I've lost count the amount of times I've been overtaken in a 30 zone, when I'm doing 30..A38 through the city centre to name one road...
