Hi

I'll lead a C run on Sunday to flyford flavell

Same route as Andy W lead not too long ago.

Maybe a good idea if anyone can also add the route to their garmin, due to very possibility of getting lost.

eeerrrmmmmm good question about size, one that fits someone who is 5ft 8in.

So if I get there about 1.15 ish you can save me when I fall and break an arm? lol

I want to do some time trailing, but am unsure where the start is. Can you direct me to a place I could find this information please?
