Graham - it will be approx 72 miles Black Horse to Black Horse. The route is a bit lumpy on the way out through Kinver but not too bad after that.

I'm going to have to apologise and reluctantly rescind my Club Run this weekend, owing fully to my lack of diarising prior engagements arranged by the wife.

Since I have switched back to my Look Keo's the lower back pain I was experiencing has gone.

I've now done around 70 miles on different pedals and have not had any problems.

Obviously SPD's don't suit me.....
