I'm trying to build a track bike on a budget but am struggling a bit at the mo.

I had intended on doing something very similar with a friend of mine next year so depending on whether I go with him or not, I would like to either be there for the duration or if it is OK with everybody involved perhaps tag along for a couple of days during the tour.
