Hi Andy Terry, just an FYI if you do decide to ride the 160km tomorrow, the bit of the route from 35.5-37km through Worcester Hospital is all off road / rough gravel track so you might need to divert along the A4440 from 35.5-40km. Doesn't take much off the route, but might save some **flat**s!

I have a CAADX 58cm and am 186cm. Not ridden it a great deal, but picked it up of a friend who was a similar size / build. Not had any particular issues with it, or feel overly stretched. I'm probably not the best to comment on CX frames / racing though, as I have only done x2 in 3 seasons!
