We are delighted to be able to offer members of your club Beacon Roads CC, as a British Cycling af...

Bike Dynamics use Dartfish, which is a one sided dynamic fit system. Retul measures both sides and will be available at a new shop in Hockley Heath soon, although it is more expensive.

Re: cassette gear options
11-28 is a good all round option, I reckon. If you're intending to do lots of steep hills, the 32t SRAM Apex is always an option. Anything larger than 28t is likely to need a longer rear mech, though.

What brakeset and pads are you running, Alistair? You may find that upgrading these would be as effective. I use SRAM Rival - which are powerful - and have used SwissStop Green (OK, but seem to pick up lots of aluminium from the rims and are expensive @ £20/pair) and now use Halt Gooey (cheap @ £5/p...

Specialized did some testing and found that a 40km time trial was 1min 20s quicker by just adding tri bars to a road bike. You'll find that your position with tri bars brings you further forward on the saddle and rotates your hips, so saddle height and set back may need to be adjusted up and forward...

RESULT: Cyclo X West Midlands Round 8 - Baggeridge Park
With Round 7 cancelled owing to a waterlogged course, some hardy fellows raced at Baggeridge on Sun 2nd Dec, where the overall field was much smaller this round. The Dightons recorded their highest overall finishes, Greg just missing the podium with a second place in the Juniors and Sam & Oli gettin...

Thanks, guys. Following my crash the other week, my thinking was that the 25mm would have a larger contact patch and give a little more grip, particularly at the front. But considering the other variables, such as rubber composition and road surface (ice?) maybe it would not make too much difference...

I reckon this course is my favourite ride so far this season and given the large turnout, others must think the same. Fast and varied, with quite a bit of tarmac and well surfaced tracks. Big change from last week's mud-fest, which I was pleased to have watched instead of ridden! A great 2nd place f...

I'll ask again. By what right can an American organisation disqualify the 7 times winner of the TdeF. By what authority do that operate. It's simple question.
