HELP REQUIRED FOR THE 2023 SUNRISE/SNOWDROP AUDAXES

Post by WorcsPhil » 09 Jan 2023 11:09

Yes, it's that time of the year again. I am looking for volunteers to help out at the Sunrise/Snowdrop Audaxes on the 25th February.

We still have the same request as last year...we have FOUR Beacon Audaxes, and people will be discouraged from entering them all unless you help out on one - This is the shortest audax we do, so this is a good one to get your duty served! I am looking for the following:

2 car park volunteers (07:50-09:00) - Karl Walton and Dave Cox, plus Andy Wrightson doing the A442 marshalling duties

Morning support at HQ: (07:50 - 09:30) - Phil Richards plus Mick Stanford and Claire Dignon
Afternoon support at HQ: (12:30-16:30) - Phil Richards plus Claire Dignon and Neil Orchard

To man the control at Upton-on-Severn (Stables tea room 10:15-14:30) - Mark Rigby
To man the control at Evesham (Raphaels 10:15-14:30) - Dave Cole

If you can help out, please post below - For those helping out at Evesham or Upton, or at the Whitlenge HQ free food and coffee will be provided.

Thanks to all the helpers

Phil

FAO Regular audaxers with six events from the previous year:

To reiterate Phil's request for volunteers, don't forget that you need to volunteer at least once at least once. Because I run events later into the year, I don't want the embarrassing position of having to wave my finger.
