Call for help: The Kidderminster Killer Audax 22 July 2023

Post by Philip Whiteman » 03 May 2023 11:04

Hello All

Our next audax is the Kidderminster Killer scheduled for Saturday 22nd July, its 34th year of running. The event starts and finishes in Belbroughton.

As ever, it would be good to have volunteers supporting the event. The following vacancies will need filling. A bottle of beer will be included for willing helpers:

07:00 - 08:10 at Belbroughton Rec. Breakfast is available
  • Car Park Marshal: Patrick
  • Marshal at junction on the approach road: Mick Stanford
  • Drinks for riders: Keith Adcock

Evening at Belbroughton Rec
  • Light catering. 17:30 - 20:00: John Wiliams
  • Closing down the hall (moving furniture and cleaning). 20:00 - 22:45:Ian Gannon
FAO: audax riders that rode more than six events in 2022 and have yet to volunteer at a Beacon audax, please volunteer. This will make eligible to enter other Beacon audaxes this year, unless your want want to ride the Killer and volunteer on 30th September instead.

BUMP!

John Williams has kindly offered to help with one spot but we still need the other positions to be filled. If you are available, your support will be greatly appreciated.

Regards

Philip

I'll try to help with the final clear up as usual. Will confirm when I know about some family visitors in UK that month

Thanks all for your support at the KK on 22nd July.

Let me know if you have any questions. Food will be available AM or PM for helpers.

Stu, sorry I missed your post which was remiss of me. We should be fine unless someone drops out.

See you all next week.
