New date for grass track 19th August

Post by AdeR » 18 Jul 2023 19:21

Hello All.

Have just posted on Beacon Cycling Academy Beacon RCC & BSCA Facebook.

Delighted to announce that we have a new date and venue for the BSCA Grass Track championships. The event will now take place on Saturday 19th August at Westhill Playing Field, Westhill Cl, Birmingham B29 6QQ. In the event of inclement weather, the event will be run the following day on Sunday 20th August. Full details will be e mailed to pre entered riders. In view of the disruption, it is our intention to provide riders with the option of signing on on the day. If you have any questions at this point about the revised programme please do not hesitate to post here or message @beaconcyclingacademy.
A key challenge will be volunteer recruitment - so if you know anyone who you think could help out do give them some encouragement! Or feel free to sign up here!!

All the best,

Ade

Great news it’s back on. Count me in Ade. I can be around for most of the day.

It's great to hear that you've sorted an alternative date, Ade, but unfortunately this one clashes with my holiday plans, so I won't be able to help this time, I'm afraid.

I hope it all goes well.

Understood that the rescheduling was never going to fit in with everyone's plans

Ok thanks for letting us know. Completely understood that the changed arrangements wouldn't fit in with everybody's schedule.
