Don't forget that the club's Annual Dinner and Prize Presentation Ceremony is coming up on Saturday 18 November. It's the night when we show our appreciation of all the amazing things our clubmates have achieved in the last year. And when we celebrate everything that's great about the Beacon. It's a wonderful opportunity for meeting and hearing about people active in areas of the sport that maybe you're not in touch with, for getting inspired, and for seeding your own ambitions for 2024. We've also got a great guest speaker lined up: Dr Fiona Spotswood, who'll be talking about her impressive career as a competitive mountain biker and the work she now does to promote inclusive action sports.
Very soon, the club's Dinner Committee needs to tell the caterers how many people will be coming. So, if you've been waiting for payday, or you simply haven't yet got round to buying your ticket, now's the time to act.
