My family would like to try a different Balti restaurant. Can anybody recommend one please.

Oscar - is this for a small party or a large group?

We enjoy both Akrams in Stirchley (if want super cheap and bring own booze) or Spice Exchange in Cotteridge (bit better food and Cobra on draft). Both are on Pershore Road and walking distance from us so handy.

Oscar, my friends and I often go to Pangea in Kings Heath. Great food and a very nice pint of Cobra 8)
I can gather all the news I need on the weather report.

I'm not really a connoisseur but....

Not very local but Sweet Chillies on Yardley Wood Road is very nice.

I quite like the one on Kings Norton Green (can't remember the name but there is only one).

Spice Exchange in Cotteridge is good although I've only ever had a takeaway from there.

I've tried many restaurants in Birmingham and been amazed at the poor quality of most of them. The only one I find consistently good is Sylhet in Kings Heath. York Road I think. They are usually quite busy (a good sign).

That's great Oscar glad it worked out and it's nice and near Cotteridge walking distance for me.
