Beacon Little Mountain Time Trial

Sunday 24th April 2016 - 745 - 1130

This is a major event in the Beacon Calendar and we need everyone who is not riding to help, if they are available. Please let me know if you are able to marshal this year.

Also it would be useful to know if you have any preferences where you would like to marshal and whether you will be driving or cycling to the circuit.

If you are unable to marshal please let me know

Dave

Put me down Dave (that is an offer and not a request).

It would probably be a good idea to add the LMTT to the 'Events' tab on this Facebook Page and ask for volunteers there too.

I'll marshall as usual, Dave...I'd like to be posted in Martley if possible as good to ride there, and get to see twice as much!

Looks like I'll be OK to marshal this year, Dave, although I shall need an assurance that there will be no walking involved
It is better to be interesting rather than exact

Steve, You are a master of understatement

The starting list for the forthcoming LMTT is impressive. In addition to the usual blokes, we have a large field of women and now paracyclists. Eagle eyed viewers will also note that Dame Sarah Storey, Britain's most decorated paralympian is an entrant.

Well done to the organising team

I would to like to thank John and the army of helpers for making the LMTT such a success really enjoyed it ( at least now it has stopped hurting ) great avert for the club and for cycling in general chatting on the car park while an Olympian is warming down in the back ground. try getting that close while Wayne Rooney warms down

Big thanks to everybody who gave up their time to make this event happen, particularly those out on the course marshalling. I'm glad the weather was clement for you. I hope a few of you decide to give it a go sometime - if I can do it, I'm sure anybody can.

Superb event but somewhat surreal to see that huge team bus in the car park and a rainbow jersey warming up on the rollers. (It would have looked less surreal if there had been someone wearing it).
Congrats to John and the rest of the team. Makes you proud to be Beacon, innit!
