Incredible. I think a week after running another one in a sub 2.30 time too. Must be joining the Beacon that has taken him to this new level

Thanks Guys! I haven't been out on many rides recently as I have been focusing quite a lot on the running, and clearly it has paid off:-)
I hope to get back out on the bike at the end of November after some MTB'ing over the next few weeks, and will try and make the Christmas club run to the Swan. Unfortunately I won't be at the awards night to collect my "fastest runner in the cycling club" award
but I hope you all have a good one!
