Really sorry about this, but I've been informed that the lights are not working at Holders Lane, I was hoping they would be able to get them fixed today but it turns out the job was bigger than first thought.
I hung onto your cheque just in case they weren't done in time. Would you like to reschedule or do you want me to return your cheque?
Once again really sorry to be the bearer of bad news at short notice.
