6pm to 9pm Novice/first timers and intermediate sessions.

Booking via the PDQ Coaching website and please make sure that you book on the appropriate session.

Track bikes are available to hire, but you will need to have Look Keo cleats fitted to your shoes. You are NOT allowed to change the pedals on the track bikes. If you don't have Look Keo cleats, you can ride in trainers as the hire bikes have toe straps.

You will also need your helmet and gloves, neither of which are available to hire.

Still looking for numbers, all levels catered for even complete newbies, c'mon and join the fun
