Beacon Academy Grass Track. Mayday 6th May 2-3. Fast Short racing for 5-12 year olds. Helpers needed for signing on, course set up, lap counting, timekeepers. It would be great to get the gazebo set up. This is part of Rowheath Pavillion's fun day so this is a really great chance to showcase the club & our sport to the local community. Could my nephew (6 year's old non-Beacon member) take part in this or does he need to be British Cycling / Club member?

Pretty sure unless Ade says different all comers will be welcome on any type of bike, non members, members, members of other clubs etc. No need to be BC member at all.

No need to be a BC/Beacon member. Will need a day licence but that's not a problem. Any bike is ok. Have a look through past posts on the beacon academy Facebook to links on how to check bike helmet pre race. See you there
