THURSDAY 10TH DECEMBER 2020 AT 7PM - VIRTUAL AGM AND AWARDS NIGHT

Hi all,
It's not ideal we know, but this year's AGM will be a virtual meeting via Zoom for obvious reasons and you won't need Zoom to join in, we will provide you a link to click onto. The evening will consist of two parts:
- 7pm will be a fast-moving AGM to cover the key points of what has been a unique year (we hope!), summarising what Beacon has been doing and how 2021 may shape up. The existing committee members are all likely to carry on into 2021, unless you veto us (
) BUT we lack both a women's secretary and a racing secretary. We would love to have volunteers stepping up for these two positions, especially given our tremendous racing heritage.
- 8pm will see the legend that is Dave Hughes take over as MC for a virtual Beacon awards ceremony.
There will be more details on both of these events circulated in due course, including how to join the meeting, but we hope as many Beacon members can join in as possible both to hear what has been going on as well as receiving an award and/or congratulating the Beacon award winners.
