Hello All,

I Could really do with a hand Sunday eve & or Monday morning 12th/13th Sept.

All of the Beacon's stuff - 'cycle event' signs the gazebo direction arrows stakes coaching equipment etc etc needs to be cleared out of storage at Holders Lane B13. It is moving to a new container on the Birmingham Wheels site in Saltley.

This is too big a job for one journey.

The security guard at the wheels can let us in on the Monday morning.

Most people will be at the hill climb on Sunday morning, Ade, and at work on Monday morning. I might be able to lend a hand on Sunday afternoon, immediately after the intro ride. Let me know if that's any use.

I could help on Sunday evening but I'm not sure how useful I'd be without a car. Let me know if you do want my help.

Many thanks for the offers of help on the Sunday - at least we would be able to get everything cleared out & we could see how much packed into my car. Two journeys should do it.

I can come down Sunday evening with car, fill it up and deliver car load to Wheels on Monday morning after 9am school run.

Great. So Pete & Me will be down at Holders Lane @6:45 this evening (12 09 21). If anyone is available then, we can load up mine & Pete's cars. We'll then be able to drop off at the wheels Monday morning (13 09)

Huge thanks to Pete & Stuart. All the stuff that was at Holders Lane is now moved to the Wheels Park & I have a key for the container. Please let me know if you need access for event equipment.
