Could the the best TT for years, Fabian V Wiggins V Martin, the best testers of the past few years, all without injury and should be at their peak.
My money is on Fabian, would love to see him 30 secs down at the first split, to go on and win by 30 seconds.

wasn't David Millar the first British time trial world champion?

Nope, that was Chris Boardman (who was actually the first ever world time trial champion, if you don't count the GP des Nations).
