Cateye Reflex Auto pannier rack rear light but the light also comes with the seat post mounts as well. But IMHO it is best suited for mounting on a pannier rack.

I've only used it a hand full of times so its pretty much as brand new. I'm only selling as I've upgraded to the new Knog Blinder pannier light.
